Common questions
How do I start a fast?
Open the Fast tab and use Setup to choose your fasting duration and start time. The timer shows your progress while the fast is running.
Where are my past fasts?
Open History to review completed fasts. You can select a record to view its details and make corrections.
Can I back up my history?
Use the data options in Setup to export your records as a JSON file. Save a backup before importing another history file.
Will my records sync automatically?
Fasting records are stored locally. Use export and import to move a backup between devices.
