AllyPiano privacy policy

This policy describes how AllyPiano, published by AllyWorld, handles information in its current app or preview.
Local preferences
AllyPiano saves instrument selection, note labels, and keyboard layout settings on your device or in your browser. These preferences are not sent to an AllyWorld server.
Audio and network access
The iOS app works offline and includes its piano samples. The web version downloads samples from the same site that serves the app. Playing the keyboard does not record microphone audio.
Accounts and tracking
AllyPiano does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.
Support messages
If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond to your request and understand the issue. Contact us if you want us to remove your support correspondence, subject to any applicable retention obligations.
Platforms and external services
Apple handles App Store downloads, purchases, ratings, and diagnostics you choose to share under Apple’s privacy policy and your device settings. AllyWorld does not receive your payment-card information.
When you visit this website or a web app, its hosting provider processes the requests needed to deliver the page, which can include an IP address, requested address, and browser information. This is separate from locally stored app records.
Website analytics
We use Umami Cloud to understand visits to the AllyWorld promotional website. It records page views, referring URLs, browser and device information, and approximate location. Umami’s analytics tracker does not use cookies. This website does not include advertising. See Umami’s data practices for more information.
